Adoption Efforts
Shelter animals come in all ages, colours, shapes and sizes, each with their own different personality and temperament. They are individually assessed to find out what sort of home, lifestyle and environment would best suit them and then carefully matched at the interview stage with the most suitable owner. Through our stringent adoption screenings, we work tirelessly to connect families with shelter animals needing a loving home.

Sunday

Cheerful Sundae
Sunday was found collapsed by the kerb of a road, possibly after being hit by a vehicle. She was extremely traumatised and unable to walk.
An examination by the vet revealed that Sunday might never be able to walk again. However, we did not give up on her. She was brought for thrice weekly swims to strengthen and stretch her muscles. And of course, Sunday was showered with unconditional love, affection and words of encouragement. Very soon, this determined little dog could stand and just 2 weeks later, she was taking her first few baby steps.
Today, 2 years old Sunday is well known for her enthusiastic gallops around the shelter and insatiable appetite for cuddles. Her sweet temperament makes everyone smile. If you have space in your heart and home, Sunday is seeking a place where she can grow confident and secure, and a family to love her forever.
